Create a totally FUN, full body workout incorporating one, two or all of your equipment. Don’t have dedicated water equipment for your use? No problem! Learn how to adapt land based equipment to the aquatic environment, quickly, efficiently and effortlessly. Experience ways to manipulate buoyancy, directional changes, and working positions to strengthen the CORE while offering cardiovascular challenge and muscular endurance segments interspersed. Give your participants a more thorough individualized workout with the toys they get to play with!
