Dance & Cardiovascular Conditioning


The popularity of dance based classes is taking the industry by storm, but you don’t need to be a seasoned professional in order to lead the masses. Learn how to choreograph simple cardio dance sequences designed to make your participants smile while they sweat, as they develop a hot body with intensity variations, ambition and pure sexiness. Learn new compound upper and lower body exercises utilizing body weight and/or a light set of dumbbells to tone the physique, that compliment the cardio segments. Walk away with a class design you’ll feel confident to teach and is great for all fitness levels and abilities. Just shake it’ until you make it.

Equipment: LCD projector, screen, dumbbell ratio to student (2:1) (3 or 5 pound)
