The sport of life alone sometimes makes you feel like you have to be an athlete just to survive the rigors: grocery shopping, driving, walking and even taking care of children are all examples of activities of daily living (ADLs). Examine the 5 basic components of fitness, throw in some skill related parameters while we are at it, and learn how to analyze typical real life scenarios you can develop exercises or movements patterns for that challenge the muscles and systems being utilized. A balance of fitness and function can help your clients and classes train for life!
